If renter cancels more than 30 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 150.00 cancellation fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 30 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.

Deposit Policy

The house will be inspected and cleaned before your arrival. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location was excellent - close to everything we needed and just a short walk to the beach. It was really convenient having towels and linens provided and the golf car. was a huge bonus for getting around easily. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The property was small, however it met our needs was clean, the linens fit the beds the bath towels and beach towel along with the toiletries, was an amazing touch. The bed mattress's were great. Plenty of hot water. We would definitely book again. Thanks for a wonderful week on a budget.
